  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Cooking Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a large paella pan over medium heat. Add chicken and rabbit, browning them on all sides.

  2. Add onions, garlic, and peppers. Cook until softened.

  4. Add rice, stirring to coat each grain in the flavorful mixture.
